Strengths

Limitations

CloudZero

Best for Enterprises that want cost-per-customer unit economics with a strong AI-cost narrative, and buy through sales.

Strengths

Limitations

Strengths

Best for Teams already standardized on Datadog that want cloud and SaaS cost in the same platform as their observability.

Strengths

  • Publishes its rate: Cost Visibility is free for your Datadog spend, Pro is $5 per $1,000 of cloud/SaaS spend per month, Enterprise $10 per $1,000 (datadoghq.com, verified Aug 12, 2026). LLM Observability tracks model usage separately.

Limitations

  • It is a percentage of tracked spend by another name: at $200K/month that is $1,000–$2,000/month, and it rises automatically as your bill grows.
